Having researched all of the dominant innovation types and management approaches, I have developed an emerging management model which can prove to be useful for both small and large organizations. Of course managing innovation is more than just creating a model but it is a first step in creating an innovative infrastructure within an organization and aligning it with its business strategy. The management model presented here borrows from the different management models presented on this site; from my experiences at General Motors and my experiences as an entrepreneur.
